The monthly $6 account service fee is automatically 
withdrawn every month. If funds are not available the 
account is automatically cancelled.

OneCard EXPRESS^TM  BASIC

• Without your name and VISA logo 
• You are allowed to fund your account with a maximum of $2,500 if deposits are made in CASH (money laundering law)
• You are allowed to fund your account with an UNLIMITED amount of money when deposits are made from ACH checking, wire transfer and MPI commission payments
• You can use it to charge at millions of point of sale locations wherever an ATM debit card is accepted by merchants that use the STAR^TM, PLUS^TM and MAESTRO^TM networks and online merchants that accept VISA
• Your money is instantly available at  STAR^TM, PLUS^TM
  and MAESTRO^TM ATMs

OneCard EXPRESS^TM  PLUS

• Has the VISA logo and your name printed on it
• You can fund your account with an UNLIMITED amount of money no matter if deposited in cash or electronically
• You can use it to charge at any of the 17 millions VISA point of sale locations, including online merchants.
• Your money is instantly available at  STAR^TM, PLUS^TM
  and MAESTRO^TM ATMs

Both versions have the name of the insuring financial institution that holds the money, ATM Networks and Point of Sale Networks logos printed on the back of the card.

OneCard EXPRESS^TM  BASIC, inactive sample cards are available for purchasing and have a pre-assigned account number. Associates should maintain a small stock and be on the auto-ship program.  You can give them out as samples and then people can activate their account, at their convenience, by sending money to MPI under their account number. If you have the MPI Virtual ATM device you can fund and activate their card immediately. There's nothing more powerful than putting an active card in the hands of people immediately. (The cost of the inactive sample cards will be established by pre-launch).
